finally decided to have a blog

after much consideration

as a channel for me to spend my free time

since i do not DOTA or club, as what

my other guy frens are always doing.

i just don't get it how DOTA-ing is fun. How can sitting down infront of the computer screen, pressing the keys on ur keyboard and cursing each other all day and night long be fun? but i guess its just another avenue for people with nothing to do like me to kill time. i have to confess though that dota-ing earns u an added advantage when it comes to widening ur social network. its true. saying : u dota? is equivalent to : you're my new found fren!

oh well, for people who do not dota like me, we have to resort to a more traditional and conventional method of making new friends which is the whole hassle of asking each other a string of introduction questions:

oh great, you're from acjc?

what cca were u in?

how's life in ns? and bla bla bla..

these set of questions works well with dashes of smiles, laughter, some humility and of course with the facial expression that says out loud

across your forehead: i'm a nice person

that u can make friends with!!

hahahaha. while many of us may deny, this is the truth :)

but eventually, its an individual's pleasant personality and sincerity that would earn the trust and

respect of others as a friend. That's when u

have successfully found urself a new friend

enough said about making friends, next is about clubbing.

is clubbing a form of entertainment or merely a term that is synonymous to : i'm cool dude!

hahaha. i've never been to a club

though it would be great to see how's things are in there-just for the experience (an excuse for everyone to go to clubs btw. but seriously i just want to see wads inside. considering the cost and the time duration that i wld be spending if i decide to go to a club, i think i wld have to give it a pass at least for now and the forseable future! ahahha..so i would just have to find out how its like by second hand experiences)

i've asked around how does it feel to be in a club and here are their replies:

hahahhahahah. its really funny when i hear the comments made by my peers.

a portrait is not i wanna create

but rather a canvas

i was refering to my blog if u have yet to realise. haha. so, yup its a canvas that i wanna create. i'm creating a blog that allows me to change and add new designs in small amounts. my blogskin and layout will never be completed or finalised as each time when i m inspired i would try as much as possible to come up with something new. presently, i'm kindda new to this whole blogging experience, the html crap and whatever codes that i have to key in to change whatever colour or font size. so, mateen-whitegreyandblack@blogspot will not have any designs yet, just a simple layout and a humble tagboard( which i'm still trying to figure out how to have it! haha) i'm still experimenting and if it helps at my desk now, i have a complete idiot's guide to html! hahahah, there's always a start for everything and

this whole blogging experience should be fun. oh, for why its called whitegreyandblack..

those are the colours that i feel would go well with any colours. since this blog wld strive to create a canvas for designs and colours to be experimented on,

i've decided to give credit to those 3 great colours

use them and it would look nice and professional, trust me :)

i wld like to give credit to my cousin, shasha, my great friends, fyedee, este, su(who used to blog, but i guess is no longer doing so now, haha) and others who blog. its thanks to their great entries and cool layouts that inspired me to have a blog of my own. hahaha.yay! my first entry :)
